Rahul has now all qualities to become PM: Digvijay

PTI
The Times of India
Sunday, June 19, 2011

Bhopal - Congress general secretary, Digvijay Singh on Sunday said
that Rahul Gandhi was now a mature person with sound political
instincts, and can become the Prime Minister.

"I think it is time that Rahul can become the Prime Minister," Singh
said, talking to PTI.

"Rahul is now 40 and he has been working for the party for the last
seven to eight years," Singh said.

The scion of Gandhi family had the right qualities, instincts and
experience to take up the mantle of the prime minister-ship now,
Singh said.

He rejected the contention that he himself was doing the politics of
minority appeasement. When he was the chief minister of Madhya
Pradesh, he had taken action against both the SIMI as well as the
Bajrang Dal, Singh pointed out.

"When chief minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan is felicitated by Muslims,
that is not called appeasement, but when I went to Azamgarh, I was
opposed by the Ulema council on one hand and RSS-BJP on the other."

About another former Madhya Pradesh chief minister, Uma Bharti, who
recently returned to BJP, Singh said it must not be forgotten that
she once maintained that she would not be 'true to her parents' if
she went back to the party.

Singh added that he had prophesied the day Uma was expelled that she
would return to BJP, as she would not find shelter anywhere else.

By the way does this indicate that the people's war has started in
India without the people knowing it or being prepared for it?
Otherwise what is the need of this sycophancy now only and what is
the hurry in changing the guards unless the Italian mafia group feel
unsecured under the present PM and that the situation is changing or
might change and the present PM may not be helpful in taking
decisions which may not be constitutional or legal andhwhich they
feel it necessary to take to control people if they agitate against
the present government and that at this juncture of Rahul Gndhi
occupies the chair of PM it will be easy for them to gag the people
into submission.

RSS/BJP have already harmed themselves and the nation cause enough
over the years by being overly apologetic and not being aggressive
enough in dealing with merciless Congies, who did not hesitate in
imposing President's rule in democratically elected BJP ruled States.
Hindu leaders would be digging their own graves, if mass protests are
not held to route out Congies for good at this stage itself. If
Rahul becomes PM, one may expect immediate banning of all Hindu
organizations and merciless actions against most patriots. Of
course looting of the country would continue even at a larger scale
in new and newer ways.

Congress has successfully used western educated people like Shashi
Tharoor (Mainly in the US and EU) to portray Hindu population as
fundamentalist and terrorist minded (similar to Al Qaeda).  They keep
Malegaon, Godhra,... incidents alive in the press to beat innocent
Hindus all around the globe.  The statements like “Hindu terror” by
our home minister saying that right wing Hindus are the biggest
internal security threat to India, etc.

BJP/RSS does not have a single (efficient) media outlet in foreign
capitals to fight back or having capable (western educated) media
persons to provide regular press releases on recent events affecting
Hindus to local governments. The perspective in most foreign
countries is very poor when comes to Hindu dharma and Hindu
traditions (e.g. Saffron Sadhus carrying Trisools).  Hindu protesters
(such as Baba Ramdev’s followers) are immediately compared with
intolerant Jehadis that beat bible carrying Christian missionaries.

BJP should learn aggressive tactics that Sri Lanka is using to defend
their majority population from UN and Christian capitals.  It seems
that Shri Lanka has some pride in their majority but we have none.

It is shameless to see the kind of psycophancy that certain congress
leaders give to Rahul Gandhi. It shows their inferiority complex. It
is unfortunate that first Indira Gandhi destroyed all her political
opponents WITHIN the congress party and the few strong leaders that
were left went and started their own parties or joined others. Today,
the congress party has almost no real leader left. The very few who
are left have to bow and pay obedience to completely useless people
like Sonia Gandhi and Rahul Gandhi. What is even more disturbing is
how the youth of India put up with this shit. We live in an age where
new entrepreneurs are coming up daily. Where people are judged on
their abilities and not whose son they are. In such a situation to
even consider Rahul Gandhi as a CM of a state is pathetic. To mention
his name as a future PM is ludicrous.
