Mumbai Navratri celebration crackdown

Tuesday, October 12, 2010

There were spat of articles yesterday, but now all of a sudden, they
have disappeared from all the major news websites.

The gist of the story was that there were places where navaratri
celebrations in Mumbai, which were haled because they did not have
proper permits.

I wonder if they would stop Muslims from offering namaz on the road
without permits?

I am not against stopping illegal activities as there are safety
issues involved, but the point is that these enforcements should be
consistent.

Speaking of enforcement consistency:

There is outstanding NBW issued against Bukhari by UP court and till
this date, the low life is not arrested.

Not one of the secularists talk about enforcing the law.

If that is the case, why must Hindus obey it? Lets impose our own
jiziya too. Let us see the SC coming down heavily on the Hindus but
wouldn't blink when it came to Mussalman.
